Routes and Roots - ''i.d.Entity'' research project
Two videos covering issues on identity that pose questions about culture, language, colonialism, the sense of belonging and interpretations of ‘ home’. Routes and Roots is a reflective account of my current location/placement/experiences which seek to cultivate better understandings of the similarities and differences that exist. The videos range from my own personal viewpoints to wider perspectives that address the paradoxical nature of identity and its crisis of definition.
These were shown and discussed for Fluid States- Performances of Unknowing , organised by PSi - Performance Studies International, in Byblos - Lebanon (2015).
